I've researched many stock and real estate gurus. Most were pure hucksters. I was mostly a real estate lawyer years ago. Many of those late night TV real estate "experts" from 20 years ago, like Robert Allen, died broke or in tremendous legal trouble.
Their core idea was to use Other Peoples Money (remember that phrase?) ... which worked until 2000, or 2008. And you had to sign up for a $2,000 course to get such dumb advice.
