Definitely still a ground floor opportunity here at these prices.

-Company lowering the AS and OS
-Putting together a seasoned BOD
-Working toward uplisting
-Signing of contracts and additional phases
-No debt
-Profitable with money in the bank
-Full transparency with shareholders

This is a company operating as if they were already trading on a higher exchange. Strong Buy IMO.

$HRAL is RM play with very small 1 mil OS and 658K float. I'm holding shares in it.
