One would think audited financials...

are readily available at this point given the depth and breadth of negotiations in which BIGN has been engaged with the ET LOI, as well as the others. Since they are listed on the pink sheets, they are under no obligation to disclose them publicly until they see fit.

The first couple of times are excusable; thereafter, it's pitiful...
