Would have nothing to do with CTL as CTL doesnt own Si3N4 in any way shape or form. CTL only has license to use Gen 1 Si3N4 for 10 years. Now its entirely possible that payment was made to Dytech for use of porous tech for Silicon Nitride if Dytech licensing agreement extended that long with Sintx.
