Most of the "infrastructure" in the farmlands are still gravel roads.

I understand that different communities have different needs but where is the money appropriated to? More gravel?

All I think we are saying is "pot meet kettle".

It's the same way everywhere I go, but somehow Chicago always winds up being the poster child for corruption. I wonder why that is?

Could it be that it has been a democrat stronghold for my full lifetime?
