Operator or not operater its a JOINT VENTURE which is to say the partners are of equal status. Bign has the smarts and property the operator does the work to put it in laymans terms. Whatever it is a joint venture.
Makes you think twice about what Bign has going on when the competition is ready to tie the knot and do the work for them. Remember from the pr with no incurred debt (I don't think many understand what that means about a company's status and future pps).
