From what I have seen after doing this for a fair bit of time is that most folks, in stead of doing there own DD, they will follow the actions of the posters who they believe really do, and really understand, their own DD. Man, talk about quicksand.

The result of many people coming together as a market Forcec in this way is that emotion rather than information becomes the driving force for investment decisions. Those folks who won't take the time to learn more about what goes on in this market and how to understand the information contained in SEC filings certainly will not take the time to step back and understand why their stock plummeted 70% one morning. They'll simply panic and sell.

In those markets where stocks cost tens of dollars per share, hundreds of dollars per share, the investors either have professionals overseeing and making the management decisions for their money or they have the time and or education to know what's going on.

To survive in the wild west that is the OTC it is crucial, beyond crucial, to understand the market you're in and how those forces within that market impact that market. Once you have a handle on that, the OTC is your oyster.

Not saying even the most informed can't make a bad decision from time to time or that fate can't step in and radically changed the rules just for those 60 minutes when you step out for lunch.
