Nothing more than a P & D.

If this was 2-3 years ago, I couldn’t have agreed more with what you said: yes , when he used to engage with investors and came across as truly wanting to increase shareholder value by sharing value added projects he planned to do, yes..investor confidence was very high and the market responded.

Unfortunately, over the past year and a half, he has shown himself to be nothing more than an OTC scam artist, padding his pockets at the expense of investors money, falling through on very specific deadlines he shared, lying about manufacturing facilities he planned to setup, weaseling out of an audit to confirm his revenue claims, attacking investors on Twitter, posting drunken, incoherent rants, photoshopping a false audit letter... the list goes on.

Bottom line is the market does not trust him. I sincerely hope you make money here but this is just another P & D and make no mistake, its planned and well orchestrated by this sham CEO.
