After careful thought, I have come to this conclusion. Petar V. earlier this morning had intentions to update us shareholders. I believe later in the day it appeared that he was in over his head and is going to pass the torch over to another CEO, who will that be, don't know. But the business of Sulja Bros and Sam is still there, and "us" shareholders still own it. I believe Petar just simply gave up, realizing that he is not CEO material, maybe good a putting contracts together, but realizing he can not respond to shareholders concerns, he simply quit. Nothing there to hold him to Sulja, he said so himself, not owning one single share. Lastly, I believe he is the sole owner of Consultech and Kore, and that merger of Consultech Midwest with the 300 in treasury set aside, I believe he will just walk away from that as well, leaving us shareholder with whatever kind of operation Sulja has with its lumber yard and now depot. He said he was on contract. There ya have it. Everytime I called and spoke with Leslie, they said he was legit, but talking to Dave he also seemed like they were'nt sure was going on behind closed doors.
