Based on what I know here is potential market capitalization keeping in mind that there are other parts of this conglomerate that we do not yet know of so my estimate is on the low and conservative side.

HRI subsidiary: $185 milion rev
PPS subsidiary: $65 million
Wellness Teladoc sub: $100 million
Euromed Therapeutics sub: (wild guess, very lowball) $250 million
CARF opioid solutions: $100 million (if big pharma is in try hundreds of millions more)
Transdermal patch sales in United States: $500 million in sales lowball with our 77K pharmacy distribution channel
I am not even going to guess the Harvest contract value
Sativeo is also big but I believe it is mostly Univec buying CBD oil from them for our patches

Biggest question is other subs we have not discovered yet and will learn about between this week and early June and of course Big Pharma. This could more than double my conservative estimate.

So I see $1.2 billion in value as a very lowball starting point. Considering this is the MJ sector with crazy valuations and if we list on the CSE we can have an easy $12-$20 Billion Cap! Considering Canopy and Tilray and Marimed are all in the red and trading way up there we could see an even higher cap than that imho!
