Poda is no longer part of Invictus MD I heard back from someone at Poda, the comment was they are still finalizing vape device for eventual production and are no longer affiliated with Invictus MD. There have been press releases on Sedar.com explaining their California Distribution deal effectively swapping shares etc and I believe there is an update to operations on Sedar as well. About a month or two since anything new on Poda.
