chill out. hope you still own shares. it's all for a reason. he has a lawyer and he knows that he cannot get busted for this PR. however, it is obvious that his actions ARE INTENTIONAL in bringing the SP down. if this was a scam why would he need that? i speculate that he'll come up with good reason. for example, negotiating a merger(too sensitive to release the AFs as affecting the deal), or a danger of hostile takeover(to discourage).
