Sand. (IMO)..Your intent is righteous. However your motivation is coming from a place we all harbor: pissed off, blind anger.
Those folks are not in some capsule on the edge of neverneverland. They KNOW what is going on. That will be a private matter between them and PV and his cronies. It would be sweet justice to have all of his building permits denied for whatever reasons.

Our "justice" is a little less attainable, and maybe never so. Venting on the city council or the Mayor would give you a few moments of sweet revenge....take it if you must. But it is out of character to your normal sane appearance here. But totally understandable.
