Hey, my friend. I totally agree with your assessment of the "voting trust"...exercise in futility. Why would he fear the consequences of a group of shareholders demanding the AFs any more than the gravity of the SEC consequences? But I guess those who don't understand the psyche of our illustrious CEO and his total lack of accountability and blatant disdain for authority of any kind, much less that of a shareholders' "voting trust", just want to believe they can do something to force him to give us what we want. Hopefully the effort will make them feel better, and I wish them well.
