Could be something coming other than what they had the old site from. I mean why create a new site and put it on OTCM? Well hopefully a good sign to come. The old site I bet they are going a different route now. A lot of times these shells will have one old site new something totally diff comes out pre like this then RM news comes after. hopefully... Could be big deal at first since float so low. So many low floats running huge amounts lately that Ive seen.
