Honestly, I doubt their answer because the Trust had a policy of
never selling off their royalty interests. So when they do something
that unusual I want a plausible reason. Sorry, but management stating
they traded it with Chevron for a much better deal from Chevron is
not logical. Chevron is not going to make a deal that is inferior
for Chevron. That is why managements actions in this case appear
suspect.
