They didn't sell, but the total # of O/S for the company must've increased, so Alpha's % position might have come down percentage-wise,IMO. Am I making sense?

They had 15.5% of all outstanding shares of common stock of the Issuer, based on 59,674,487 shares of common stock outstanding as of November 2, 2018

Post-split
O/S 10,475,073 (which is equivalent to 104,750,730 pre-split)
