Something not right about my cursory calculation:

from 5/23/2019 SEC 424B5 filing:
Common stock to be outstanding after the offering: 10,475,073 shares (or 10,998,882 shares if the underwriters exercise in full their option to purchase additional shares from us).


So how could Alpha be having 10,491,000 shares out of the above(from FORM 4 of 5/24/2019)?? Maybe they didn't account for the 10:1 R/S??
