I would assume that Vanguard being a major shareholder in Merck would have been sent looking in our direction by the board of directors or possibly Ken Frazier himself? They were obviously able to see that we are no longer Univec but a new entity called Univec Conglomerate Inc. I believe that they must be aware of our imminent uplisting possibly at the CSE? This is a steal for Vanguard. They know what is coming.
