Vystar CEO telling the truth about the Rotman's merger and adding $30 million to Vystar??? He is also part of a generational family owned $30 million dollar company that is becoming a part of Vystar. 10 days ago there was a merger update, a month and a half later, which Vystar stated on its Twitter account that ALL roadblocks are finished except one more and that they hope to be finished by the end of May.
