Thanks for your response.

You are not correct in saying that original 2008 SPSPA prevents paying back SPS. It is 2012 third amendment (NWS) and FHFA that indirectly prevent paying back SPS.

As per original 2008 SPSPA, SPS was supposed to be like revolving LOC but NWS made it perpetual forced nonpayable obligation. One can not call UST investment as equity because it lacks equity terms and conditions.
