Wow, went from defending this RM as strong as anyone, to now insinuating that it might not happen and/or is real?... what was the reason behind such a drastic shift?!

Have you ever seen a RM that went through this many months work, spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy the shell, state filings, lawyers, time, travel, etc to see it fall apart after the paperwork was filed for the ticker change, which is the very last thing before completing the deal?

... and I got jumped on under .10 for trying to make sense of facts?
