We, the following shareholders in Vita Mobile Systems, are responding to yet one more time the stock has dived to sub-penny. This unfortunate event transpired in the absence of any timely notification about the progress of the uplisting and the long-overdue explanations for multiple announcements with specific timelines that never came to pass. This lack of transparency and candor is as unacceptable as the innumerable attempts to contact you that were unanswered. Whereas we all respect the promise of Vita Mobile Systems, the fact is many of us- to the tune collectively of tens of thousands of dollars- have seen the value of the stock shrink to practically nothing coupled with the obvious lack of continuity of communication that was also promised in addition to the list placed below.
Hopefully, the uplisting will go as planned- but, nevertheless, this obvious failure to communicate on a regular basis must not go on. Also, we want explanations and follow-up on the items on the following list gathered by all of us. We are making this request respectfully with the hope that your timely response will also be respectful- in the speed, quality and completeness of your reply.
