Why? A/S is 1.25 billion and O/S as of 5/7/19 is 1.246 billion. Way too many shares and they are at the A/S. Means the A/S may be raised soon. Why would this go over .01. I see dilution here. Header info in the thread has 500 million less shares from 2018. Primed for a reverse split or a raise in the A/S as more toxic notes have to be covered. What am I missing here?
