if FMCC is released first, market's not dumb, I would suspect investors enabled to buy will ensure Fannie's pps follows Freddie pretty closely.

That said, would it make sense in scheduling an SPO? if market drives up pps in FMCC SPO, would an FNMA SPO that follows raise more capital for Fannie (and probably UST)?
