It is a verifiable fact that Mueller did not investigate those issues. Otherwise it would have been included in the report in order to exonerate Hillary and others. The fact that he did not is evidence that his purpose was not to investigate Russian interference. His purpose was to investigate Trump.
No crime before appointment of special counsel, and even after two years of grand jury, special counsel, they still couldn't find a crime. What a sad pathetic prosecutor!
