I kindly got an update from someone who attended the meeting yesterday. Goodness me, what a farce. Designated room was closed by management, but it turned out building owner was a TPL shareholder so offered up another room.

TPL initially sent over security to arrest shareholders as illegal protestors! Then the mean and nasty TPL lawyers addressed the 70 or so people who showed up, amazingly some from the Bahamas and London.

(Memo to current management: the heavy mob tactics are really bad and only make look you more shifty. Much better to show up in person and face shareholders to hear their concerns, i.e. be real leaders.)

Eric Oliver made his pitch to the group and according to my source was really impressive. Voting tally confirmed as much.

Taking the matter to court just drags out the inevitable imo.
