I agree. I'm starting to believe that is the general plan. It all makes sense when you put the puzzle pieces together. They need capital fairly quickly, they are recreating a monster company, and they want to get the share price up to excite the markets in advance of the offering. Higher share offering price means less dilution, and therefore a stronger company. And they need institutional investors. I also think that Mnuchin, Otting and Calabria are convinced that the en banc ruling is going against them, and they have wanted to get out ahead of that potential problem all along.
