Knowing there is almost $180 ml in theft losses and there are 80 ml shares outstanding and that the good Dr. is now on the board and that he owns two cash positive addiction centers (more importantly one in an extremely high tax state) and knowing what other addiction groups trade for and giving a discount to dilution for any potential roll-up I would think it should trade there if the company makes sure there is decent press coverage and that they get some real IBankers to look at it.
