So exactly what did NCM Biotech bring to the table for KALI? Looks to me like the only thing they did for KALI was add a $400,000.00 convertible note to the liabilities. That note is owned by PHILIP VERGES. As the stomach turns here at KALI. Verges was the CEO at one time of USMJ back as far as 2010.
