$TLTFF-Market indicators for another leg up.

On DEC 18 2018 the prospectus was closed and we saw heavy exercising of warrants coupled with the share price TLTFF moving from .2159 low a few days after the closing to .45 (108% increase) high that presented its self on March 5 2019. After a move like that in market, the stock price behaved normally with traders on the OTCQX grabbing some profits.
