No they don't have an official anything, only fraudulent translations that they were merging with kojtech, an alleged 100 million per annum company, brian kistler the ceo that put this deal together recently verified there is no merger and he failed to inform sharesholders of the fraudulent translation saying a merger was taking place, as soon as this info was released by one of our ihub members who received the email, i sold all my shares and have washed my hands clean of this pump and dump..... buyer beware.... all in my humble opinion, never invest any money u cant afford to lose! dont be a sucker like i was!
