Massive debt.
Dwindling sales.
Unable to get close to promised production.

They are in worse condition than GM & Chrysler were in when forced into BK. Their only hope is to be able to tough it out until Washington changes control enough to get a bailout from the government.

There is no valid reason for it to trade any higher than any of the big 3.
