If certain market forces have the power to make things occur, for fun they will sometimes flash those outdated mm signals just to toy with the market as a hilarious prelude to them facilitating their own self-fulfilling prophecy, but most times its just bored traders having some fun as you know right pug buddy lol.

I once knew a deep pocket player 20+ years ago who was a master at self-fulfilling market prophecies he'd prophesize on the old msn and yahoo chat boards then subsequently proceed to make into reality, right down to yappin about all the so-called mm signals he himself was making as a prelude to the market action he was about to create lol.

So although those old signals mean nothing most of the time...they can still be utilized by certain forces as an added game factor for whatever fun they like to have in the market even though the majority of the time it's just someone bored deciding to mess around...or even a market maker yanking peoples chains. And sometimes as you point out, they can still even be used to prophesize, depending on what force is behind them and how much fun they want to have lol.
