It's not a conflict of interest whatsoever, and an absolute multitude of PubCo's in market exchanges all over the world acquire assets their CEO's or family members of their CEO's possess...and it's the furthest thing from a supposed conflict of interest there is because there's absolutely nothing illegal about a public company acquiring private assets or companies regardless of who owns the said assets or companies lmao!
