I have spoken to BK several times and I see no evidence of a P&D orchestrated by him.

From what I can tell he legitimately was trying to clean up the shell and let the Chinese take over and do what they wanted which we all speculated was a reverse merger.

Along the way BK believed they had completed the necessary steps to achieve the name and symbol change. When FINRA did it’s review more unknowns were discovered and BK began to try to address them which explains the late April email.

It appears the challenges were more than anticipated but they still expect to have success but the uncertainty caused the Chinese firm to not bother to keep it Pink Current Information which to me isn’t a good sign but who knows.

The risk is it goes .0001 and waits for another go or they solve the issues and it takes off as speculated with a reverse merger.

Those who think BK is part of a p&d scheme do not understand the way things work. The SEC has and will continue to investigate BK to be sure he isn’t trading shares or providing info to those who are.

Time will tell. I am skeptical but holding as I am playing with house money from the last p&d. While I would like to have cashed out at multiples of today’s price I am trying to get the game changing win not just a 10x win but a 100x or 1000x.
