IMO and a few others share holders, clearly not you, he’s done a poor job. Byron has a past of jumping ship, when things get tough, the right thing to do was give his stock back to the company Alex and Byron used the company as their piggy bank in the start up days.
Alex hasn’t made a decent deal get that would help shareholders.
