If anyone thinks that convertible prefs and convertible debt being used for the acquistion is a good things for current commons if it allows the NOLs to be used...well then they don’t understand what that means.

The future dilution from those would dwarf ANY benefit those NOLs would bring to any profit from Rotman’s...assuming there is any. We still don’t know that.
