Neera Tanden Nancy Pelosi beat Trump at his own game — and she'll do it again and again

She's losing in the court of public opinion and is losing her ability to keep the caucus together. trump and barr are making the democrats look weak, stupid and inept. Her last card to play is getting Mueller to testify and who knows if he'll do that. His report handed an impeachment inquiry over to the dems and Nancy is punting on it. For the life of me, I can't imagine what her strategy is. She said she doesn't want to let impeachment get in the way of legislating???? As if any of that matters because whatever the house is passing never makes it to the senate anyway so what's the point???? And (BTW), the DCCC is refusing to support, financial or otherwise any progressive democrat running against an incumbent, no matter how awful they are. Gee, that's real democratic. I've called her office everyday for two solid weeks but apparently, she doesn't give a crap what the base is demanding.

As far as I'm concerned they might as well just write impeachment out of the constitution for all it matters. trump is stopping congress from conducting its federally mandated duty to do legitimate oversight so why don't we just crown trump king and be done with this farce of a government.
