I don't think it's too bad of a deal for BlissCo or Supreme.

It's a merger for the most part.

Supreme is a great company to merge with.

Yeah, more of a premium would've been nice, but you have to like the longer term of supreme.

The industry is consolidating. Some companies will just disappear.

BlissCo shareholders should be thankful they're going with Supreme versus some other shity mid-tier company.

Either way, this deal is legit, imo.
