Yes but in the case of material acquisitions there are a number of disclosures prior to the Reg S-X 8K.

This is not a difficult concept.

There has to be a material definitive agreement between Vystar and Rotman’s PRIOR to any closing. And given that the acquisition would certainly be material, that agreement has to be disclosed within four days of the signing of it.

Are you suggesting that the acquistion of Rotman’s by Vystar will not materially change its financials???
