The 1 year refers to uplisting...not going public. If Rotman’s was to RM with Vystar and the combined entity was to meet the uplisting requirements it would still not be able to do so for one year under Nasdaq’s “Seasoning” Rule.

If Rotman said this is only a consolidation...then either he is uniformed about the ramifications of going that route for a publicly traded entity...or he has no clue as to what Daddy really has planned.
