Well, the fact that the CEO of Vystar will be negotiating with “himself” on whatever mechanism they decide to use to combine the companies (assuming that even happens...ever) would normally be a red flag in any other public market venue...but the OTC is funny that way. Inordinate amount of “trust” in the CEO. wink
