Ok, so I've read that AUGC actually did, true to their word, file an 8K, but Ameritrade does not show that.
Also, isn't AUGC supposed to file another 8K, for US operations ? Was that supposed to have already happened ?
Does everyone feel that AUGC is doing what they say ?
