If this was a easy case, wouldnt the judge have decided already? Clearly, there are alot of factors to consider. Guidance vs Law vs Regulation? Its a joke that the FDA is so concerned about stem cells. Its very clear to me whose behind this. Does the FDA file law suits for evey vitamin manufacturer. Oh thats right supplements dont need FDA approval.

According to the FDA regarding cigarettes: “FDA regulates the manufacture, import, packaging, labeling, advertising, promotion, sale, and distribution of cigarettes, including components, parts, and accessories, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and its implementing regulations.”

Tell me this... has Philip Morris gone thru thier clinical trials to ensure that cigarettes are safe and cause no long term consequences? Is the nicotine they use considered a drug that is safe?

Its clear that the FDA has approved the sale of them even though its a well known fact that it causes long term health consequences. (Sorry for any who smoke, but needed to make my point)

My point: Don’t give me this BS that the FDA is so concerned about public health. The bottom line is this... whoever has the money wins. Big business can afford the 100 million clinical trial. USRM obviously cant. Does that make stem cell procedures less effective? Will the Judge of this case do what is right?

I am keeping my shares until thier worthless or valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars. If I lose it, i lose it. Ill have a tax deduction. I dont really give a “F” anymore. Just waiting.
