That's kind of what I figured at this point. My calculations tell me it's worth $1 pps but the issue with the filings has eroded the price. I can still lose it all but at the end of the day I think I have a higher probability of getting my money back then seeing bankruptcy here.

Based on what my holding is worth now... If you bet any money on the KY derby then EVIO might be a buy for you.

If that's too much of a risk then I would stay away especially until audits come in.

There is no evidence that shows EVIO is any worse off then they were 1 year ago during this time as far as revenue/expenses are concerned.... but this shit show is no good for attracting new investors.
