** MUST READ ** 0 CONVERTIBLE NOTES!
The recent 10q was for the FIRST QUARTER. The convertible loan owed to banks as of March of this year was only 91k. Based on my math that should be completely eliminated since then. The only other note was due to CEO which rumor has it he will be changing this to a NON CONVERTIBLE LOAN. Keep in mind folks, the CEO has NEVER CONVERTED A SINGLE SHARE of his convertible notes. EVER. The changes would be reflected on the NEXT quarterly if he does in fact eliminate his convertible loan!

** MUST READ FOR INVESTORS **

Why is it Financial suicide to short this stock because:

- All non related party notes have been paid. This is evidenced by the filing in Feb 2019 from Citadel showing they have 0 shares left to dilute. Also NEW tweet on 5-13-19 by company saying no notes outstanding and news coming soon with no convertible notes will be issued.

- CEO Confirmed that his personal convertible note will be converted to a personal loan that is NOT convertible. Again, no diluting of any sort will be happening. This will be reflected on the company filings shortly.

- Structure unchanged for over 6 months. (UPDATED ON 5-13-19, NO NEW SHARES ISSUED NO DILUTION!!) This is in the iHub box from OTC Markets showing no change to structure with dates.

- A group of 50 people have acquired 6 million shares EACH! That is 300 million shares, (7 million more than the outstanding free tradable stock) . These shares are locked and not being sold.

- Company has confirmed NO REVERSE SPLIT WILL HAPPEN. Previously, as stated by some on this board, the company said a RS is "not on the agenda". This is not the same as NO REVERSE SPLIT, PERIOD. We are expecting a PR soon confirming this.

- The company website was just updated by the CEO, as well as confirmation that the company will be getting reinstated on the Nevada SOS. It is the first time the company has tweeted in over a year.

For the above reasons, it is absolutely crazy for anyone to short this stock. On the contrary, its a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to strike gold in the OTC which is so rare these days. With this float, no dilution, and a CEO who is active and determined to raise the PPS, many millionares could be made here!
