Been doing this for many years now. I did learn a couple things:Big money looks at several things very carefully-revenues, debt, any mafia financing, products and potential revenues. And maybe most importantly, management, ala, CEOs. I think I can safely say, objectively, UNVC would receive an A+ on each category.Something that will blow your mind-PPSI and HRI may have almost $400 million in revs just between these 2 entities. But we have CARF clinics, 77,000 pharmacies, VA provider, Transdermal patch, Maybe Merck, Walgreens, Wellness Teladoc-well, most here know these things. Buckle up !!
