Spare me the BS. I know exactly how the tax code works. And further clueless it is pass-throughs and carry forwards on losses where you screwed the bond holders on the LLCs Trump set up for his casinos.

Damn you're dumb if you haven't figured out his scam. He bled the LLCs dry while he paid himself an exorbitant salary and negotiated crap deals while building his casinos. Then the LLCs went bust and he took the losses on his personal returns to offset his income.

There were no tax breaks involved. He gamed the system and screwed his investors. Which is why no American bank would lend to him anymore.
