If this were a scam what scenarios do people see, maybe considering other cases?

Say Petar for some reason has to go to jail...what happens to the company? Even if he pumped the stock, there still is a company right? And it is not going bankrupt right?

My take is that someone comes and buys it. And if it isn't Sulja themselves and they take it private by paying everyone what it is worth (or at a discount), then I would think this is an attractive takeover, maybe by Wessal or any other major shareholder or building company.

Also, I think if Petar is a front for some hedge fund profiteers, then there is much more to this and it was the stupidest, asking-for-it scam ever.
